FAQ & Return Policy
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1 - 3 business days. I always ship as fast as possible but at times I may get an influx of orders which could cause the 3-day delay.
Your ribbon will ship USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (depending on the weight of the package) We now ship UPS as well. We ship with the cheapest option available to save you as much as possible in shipping charges while still offering you only reliable options.
** Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. If your order is returned to me because the incorrect address was used, you will be responsible to pay the shipping charges again to reship your order. I am not responsible for delays or returns due to an incorrect address that you have entered or forgotten to update.
Can I just order 1 / 5 yard piece of ribbon?
My shop does have a $10 minimum order requirement before shipping charges
Do you combine shipping charges?
Yes, shipping charges are automatically combined. Please be sure to order all the items you want on one order, as separate orders cannot be combined due to credit card transaction fees that I am charged for each transaction. Shipping costs are an average and include the cost of packaging (about $0.65) Weights are difficult to estimate because of the range of weights and sizes of the different ribbons. On combined orders, overages over $2.00 will be refunded.
When will my order arrive?
According to USPS, delivery for first-class mail is 2 - 5 business days & I find that approximately 98% of the time, this is correct. Many times customers receive their orders in 2 - 3 days. During the Christmas season, delivery time can be sporadic. Please keep in mind that I have no control of what happens to your order once it leaves my hands. If a package seems to be lost, please contact your local post office or UPS with the tracking number, they will usually be able to figure out what's happening & advise. If they aren't able to help, then you may contact me to do further investigation. However, your order must have shipped at least 7 days before contacting me.
Will my order be sent in a bubble mailer or a box?
All orders are shipped in corrugated boxes so you never have to worry about receiving crushed ribbon. All ribbon is either neatly rolled & banded to hold in place or sent on the spool it came on. I find this a much better way of shipping your ribbon than neatly folding it because the fold has a tendency to bend the wire in the ribbon.
What do I do if I find a splice in my ribbon?
Unfortunately, a small percentage of rolls of ribbon may have a splice that has been attached together by the manufacturer. This is an industry standard method of reducing waste to help keep prices low. Most customers are able to work with the occasional splice by hiding it in the folds of a bow, garland or wreath. A cut roll may also contain additional (free) length to compensate for the cut piece. Because this is an industry standard, I am not able to replace rolls of ribbon which are not continuous. If the unique circumstances of your craft project and the way your roll is spliced together somehow prevent you from completing your project, please let me know the details of your situation. I always try to be fair to my customers.
What do I do if I want to return an item?
You must 1st contact us @ 714-206-5542 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an R/A # within 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return your product & your merchandise MUST be returned in resellable condition. The refund for the material returned will be processed within 3-5 business days minus a 15% restocking fee. Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded & will have to have the reshipping charges paid before we will be able to resend the item back to you.
